Two birds with one stone, perfect

It works perfectly, is fun to drive with a large screen and the possibilities it gives you.

Expensive and unnecessary

- H. 14 May 2026

A cheap smartphone holder also works and allows the phone to be placed upright. The originally fitted plastic support of display holder actually turns out to be too floppy for this extension. The micro-USB port has a different shape that makes a normal micro-USB plug too loose. The (too) expensive Bosch cable would then be the solution. The charge of a good smartphone battery will usually last longer than the charge of the bike battery, keeping the phone battery topped up is therefore unnecessary.

Pros & Cons

design
phone is secure
different USB connector
rather pricey

4 / 5

Pricey purchase but quality is fine. Little to say about durability.

- Mark 13 May 2026

Assembly takes a bit more time than expected. But with where more patience it works fine. Quality is fine. Over bumps, short bits of forest path, phone stays in place just fine. Phone does not run empty by following navigation through the charging function. That's a big plus. Existing/old display no longer needed. Everything goes through the phone. Durability a bit hard to judge.

Pros & Cons

Charge phone
Nice wide navigation screen.
Sturdy
Pricey
Removing phone due to tight clamp somewhat difficult

Nice extension for E-Bike

- Jeroen 8 May 2026

Complete upgrade set purchased. My current bike features a Purion 200 Extension with phone as screen is a godsend, especially for navigation. System is very easy to mount and works immediately. Charging is also good.
